Successful candidates for this position must possess advanced project management skills, be able to function in a fast-paced environment that is subject to frequent deadlines, be proactive, well-organized and able to perform independently with limited direction, and provide assistance to account executives.
In addition to building sales plans, specific responsibilities include preparing and maintaining stewardship reports for current network schedules, generating and distributing to management competitive performance reports, assisting with the development of audience estimates and price lists for the Upfront and Scatter marketplaces, and working closely with Sales for ad hoc client requests such as cut-backs, budget shifts, cpm adjustments, etc.
Extensive use of multiple currencies including Nielsen, VideoAmp, Comscore, and iSpot. Facility with numerical concepts, attentiveness to detail and presentation of data is essential. Some media research or media planning is strongly preferred. Analytical aptitude and presentation skills are important.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of TV media sales/planning or agency media buying experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Facility with numerical concepts, attentiveness to detail and presentation of data is essential.
• Some media research or media planning is strongly preferred.
• Analytical aptitude and presentation skills are important.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Function in a fast-paced environment subject to frequent deadlines.
• Must be proactive, well organized and able to perform independently with limited direction.
• Four-year college degree preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 63,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
