The Data & Marketing Group plays a central role in the Paramount Direct-to-Consumer organization, responsible for the Consumer, Brand & Growth Marketing, Data & Insights and Business Operations for Pluto TV & Paramount+. 

Pluto TV is the leading free streaming television service in America, delivering 250+ live and original channels and thousands of on-demand movies in partnership with major TV networks, movie studios, publishers, and digital media companies.  Pluto TV is available on, web and connected TV streaming devices and millions of viewers tune in each month to watch premium news, TV shows, movies, sports, lifestyle, and trending digital series. 
  
Paramount+, the direct-to-consumer subscription video on-demand and live streaming service from Paramount, combines live sports, breaking news, and a mountain of entertainment. The premium streaming service features an expansive library of original series, hit shows and popular movies across every genre from world-renowned brands and production studios, including BET, CBS, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures and the Smithsonian Channel. The service is also the streaming home to unmatched sports programming, including UFC, every CBS Sports event, from golf to football to basketball and more, plus exclusive streaming rights for major sports properties, including some of the world’s biggest and most popular soccer leagues. 


The Paramount+ Sr. Campaign Coordinator supports the Campaign Management team with administrative duties related to end-to-end project management and tracking.  The campaign coordinator will also work cross-functionally with program marketing, internal channel marketers, media strategy, creative, production and operations, design, etc. to schedule large meetings and follow up on campaign-related action items. The Campaign Project Coordinator will be a key member of the larger campaign project management team.  We are looking for a highly collaborative individual who has the passion and desire to grow in the marketing, creative operations, and project management space while working on complex projects and campaigns in a matrixed organization, helping to launch them on time and on budget.  This means that you are solutions-oriented with a “can do'' attitude, have some familiarity with production & creative operations and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Your day-to-day:
Cross-Communications & Campaign Launch Process
●    Support Campaign Managers in administrative duties related to campaign management; scheduling, meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
●    Schedule meetings, distribute agendas and cross-functional communication, take notes, share recaps and next steps
●    Assist in the distribution of campaign and production timelines based on established workflows, and individual project needs, to help manage teams toward key milestones
●    Assist with sharing in-progress creative materials for the purposes of clearance & review
●    Coordinate and facilitate communication of status updates internally to the key stakeholders associated with the specific campaign with guidance from the campaign manager

Campaign Management Tooling  
●    In partnership with the Campaign Management, PR, Media Strategy, Multi-Platform Scheduling, and Paramount TV Marketing teams, support the asset request process, including opening/submitting Airtable requests for owned & operated media plans
●    Facilitate the asset request intake process, including QCing requests and vetting deliverable specifications. 
●    Maintain Airtable with the latest campaign and project milestones, direction and strategy, and production status as a resource for the business.
●    Update request details once alignment has been attained by stakeholders, such as filling out creative and platform allocations and rotation information.

Delivery to Stakeholders
●    Ensure the Multi-platform Scheduling and Paramount TV Marketing teams are informed of upcoming deliverables lists, delivery updates, and receive corresponding assets on-time.

Basic Qualifications:
●    BA in Business, Marketing, Production or related field

●    2-3 years working in marketing or agency project management with exposure in digital marketing, production, post-production or a creative operations role.
●    Familiarity with a task and workflow management tool such as Asana, Jira, Airtable or similar

 

Additional Qualifications:

●    Experience working in a digital media entertainment environment with multiple stakeholders and highly matrixed teams.
●    Familiarity with design, video and digital file specs, including key art, print, video, social
●    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to relay information simply and clearly
●    Detail oriented and organized 
●    Calm, balanced, level-headed, and collaborative in nature
●     A strong desire to learn about the complete campaign lifecycle from strategy through to execution
●    Comfortable and adaptable in working cross-functionally with multiple partners 
●    Adaptable, flexible and able to change gears quickly and nimbly when changes happen to processes and project

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 65,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
