OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the EVP Treasurer of Paramount Skydance, the Senior Director of Treasury Operations will oversee all Domestic Treasury Operations and Global Bank Account Management, leading a group of 4-5 individuals.
Responsibilities of the group include managing the daily cash position for domestic operations, consolidating and analyzing the weekly domestic cash forecast, supporting the business with Treasury service needs, managing bank accounts globally including KYC requests and FBAR compliance, and overseeing Treasury compliance requirements including SOX testing and internal and external audit requirements.
The Senior Director will also serve as a technology leader overseeing the needs of the Treasury group. This position will collaborate with accounting, legal, IT, collections and payables, production finance and divisional finance teams. Additionally, the candidate will be in contact with key relationship banks.
- Provide leadership to the daily activities of the Treasury Operations team, including domestic cash management.
- Lead the weekly consolidation of the various US divisional daily cash flow forecasts using TM1, ensuring accurate projections of near-term domestic liquidity. Prepare weekly variance analysis for the cash forecast.
- Meet regularly with divisional finance teams, including production finance, to stay abreast of business needs and educate on Treasury services that are available.
- Supervise global bank account management working with key bank partners to open and close accounts in a timely manner and ensure compliance with their KYC requests. Own the annual FBAR process.
- Maintain Treasury policies ensuring that they are regularly reviewed and updated, if needed. Act as main contact person for SOX and audit requests.
- Act as lead on all domestic Treasury technology needs, including oversight of IT2 (Paramount Skydance TMS), SWIFT and ION eBAM. Work with the IT department to ensure that Treasury needs are being met and that issues are resolved swiftly.
- Administer letters of credit, bank portals, the Treasury budget and bank fee wallet.
- Supervise and train staff.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 10+ years of related experience
- Supervisory experience managing a team
- Significant experience using Treasury technology systems including Treasury Management Systems (e.g.: IT2), bank portals and bank account management systems
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA and/or CTP a plus
- Ability to problem solve in high pressure situations
- Detail oriented and organized, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of TM1 a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $176,800.00 - 215,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
