In This Role You’ll:

 

Paramount Products & Experiences is the commercialization unit of Paramount that brings our Company's stories and characters to life through innovative and engaging products and experiences across more than 50 categories, from toys and apparel to books, theme parks, and hotels. The organization is home to world-class teams of licensing and retail experts, artists, storytellers, and technologists who inspire imaginations around the world.

 

As Senior Manager of Business Intelligence for the Paramount Products & Experiences (PP&E) organization, you will lead and coordinate efforts to deliver impactful and actionable data solutions to key stakeholders across the global business. You will oversee the management and maintenance of data and data platforms across PP&E and deliver valuable reporting tools to drive growth and business improvement.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

Systems and Data Management

 

  • Oversee the design and maintenance of BI platforms; partner with IT/Tech teams to manage execution.
  • Manage data ETL pipelines and collaborate with vendors to ensure accuracy and address technical issues.
  • Partner with Paramount Tech teams through the full development lifecycle to implement and update systems and data solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, standards, and regulations, maintaining data integrity, security, and privacy.

Data Reporting and Visualization

 

  • Champion strategic, impactful, and actionable reporting across PP&E organization.
  • Create new and support existing reports and dashboards using a variety of BI tools.
  • Manage access and conduct trainings to ensure understanding and proper use of all data.
  • Communication and Collaboration.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored.

  • Support data best practices and encourage continuous learning and development across PP&E.
  • Create and maintain robust documentation to ensure business continuity and efficiency.
  • Proficiently communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and advocacy efforts.

 

Basic Qualifications You Bring:

 

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in a comparable Business Intelligence position (OR 2+ years with Master’s).
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
  • Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.) and machine learning a plus.
  • Experience in retail/consumer goods industries a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines; desire to be hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great verbal and written communications skills are required.
  • Highly strategic mindset, with the ability to create data-driven solutions that deliver maximum impact and drive growth.

 

Bonus Skills:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
  • Master’s degree in relevant field a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $110,400.00 - 128,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
