Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Manager of International Business Operations at Paramount+! Join the team that leads all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Paramount+ in key international markets such as Australia, Japan, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Canada, Latin America, and Brazil.
Our International Business Operations team works in a dynamic “Follow the Sun” model, supporting both our Direct-to-Consumer platform and our global partnerships with major players like Amazon, Apple, and YouTube, as well as local partners such as Canal+ in France, MegaCable in Mexico, and Sky in the UK, Italy, and Germany.
Paramount+ operates with multi-functional teams in Programming, Marketing, Partner Relations, Commercial, and Data & Analytics. Business Operations plays a key role in translating our strategy into action, working closely with the Media Supply Chain team to ensure the smooth sourcing, preparation, publishing, and distribution of content. We also collaborate with the Operations Hub to guarantee accurate content launches and quick resolution of any post-launch issues.

Responsibilities:
- Work hand in hand with the Central Programming team, ensuring that the content strategy is communicated via the scheduling system to the Media Supply Chain team
- Collaborate with Media Supply Chain to register, source, QA, localize, and distribute Central Pipeline Content.
- Ensure full accountability for all information about the day-to-day running of all the Central & Regional content for all territories during the Americas working hours
- Working alongside the other Business Operations teams in the European & Asia Pacific time zones to ensure continuous follow the sun responsibilities for all content in all regions
- Being based in the Americas time zone, acting as cover for the Latin American, Brazilian, Caribbean & Canadian services when team members in Toronto or São Paulo are out of office
- Act as Operational Account Manager supporting business teams with partner relationships (e.g. Apple, Amazon, MVPD, Marketing Partnerships, etc), coordinating all current and potential future deals
- Serve as key Media Supply Chain & Paramount App point of escalation for regional queries concerning Paramount+ or Partner relationships
- Work with the Operations Hub, follow up on trouble tickets to seek speedy resolution, identify any trends of repeated issues, and build reports for the business and partners
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Content/Programming Operations within the Media & Entertainment industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in TV / Communication / Technology
- Knowledge of local and global OTT markets, as well as Content Operations vendors and third parties
- Experience in content operations such as media management, tracking materials, and dealing with third parties, etc.
Additional Qualifications:
- General knowledge of the technical requirements for media such as video, audio & subtitle formats
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle projects, address logistical problems, set priorities, and deliver on time
- High level of communication and organizational skills, plus high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese and English is a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 110,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
