Overview:

The Paramount+ Global Retention team is looking for a highly analytical Senior Marketing Manager to plan, develop & optimize lifecycle programs for our subscribers. This position is charged with using data analysis to uncover strategies with the goal of driving engagement with our subscriber base resulting in reduced churn. To achieve the above goals, this position will work closely with cross-functional teams within Paramount+.

This is an onsite position at our New York, NY office.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Planning and development of global lifecycle strategy across multiple marketing channels, with focus on the early-tenured subscriber experience.

  • Use data analysis to extract and evaluate insight from customer data and research to uncover areas of opportunity that will optimize lifecycle journey.

  • Support ongoing testing for each channel and segment to ensure continued innovation and optimization.

  • Retention trend analysis and reporting.

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and trends. Ability to understand & communicate effectiveness and ROI.

  • Additional projects and duties as assigned.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role, preferably with a subscription product

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Very proficient analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize and draw conclusions and insights from diverse data sources.

  • Experience using segmentation to create complex subscriber journeys

  • Deep knowledge of multiple marketing channels & ability to optimize new capabilities & technologies

  • Experience managing relationships in a cross-functional environment

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, dynamic environment of multiple priorities

  • Exemplary oral and written communications skills

  • Passion for media and entertainment industry

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $98,000.00 - 123,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
