Responsibilities:

Coordinate incoming deliveries, as well as technical requirements and file specifications.

Manage multiple concurrent title workflows, each at varying stages of delivery and evaluation.

Track and verify that all required materials for assigned titles are received, complete, and ready for QC review.

Utilize intercompany media systems to manage asset records, title-level metadata, and delivery tracking across global schedules and partner teams.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of incoming and outgoing media assets, ensuring visibility across departments and alignment with international delivery timelines.

Communicate process findings with studio operations including delivery issues, risks, and status updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional Paramount teams to support successful asset uploads, troubleshoot delivery challenges, and ensure smooth handoffs.

Monitor inter-department progress and follow up to ensure that feedback, fixes, and outstanding issues are resolved on schedule.
Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience in a studio, media operations, or post-production setting.

Foundational knowledge of post-production workflows, file formats, and industry terminology.

Solid understanding of media supply chain processes and post-production distribution environments.

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface successfully with both technical and creative teams.

Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated organizational strength.

Ability to work under tight global timelines and shifting priorities.

Proficiency with Airtable and other workflow or project management platforms.

Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support global operational requirements.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 68,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
