Paramount Pictures is seeking a Sr. Coordinator, NY Publicity based in our New York City office! This hybrid position will be responsible for providing high level administrative support for the SVP, Publicity in the NY Publicity department.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Provide high-level administrative support to SVP, managing calendar, travel, and expenses.
- Oversee daily operations of the Paramount Pictures Screening Room and Event Space; coordinate with projectionists, security, and facilities teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as main point of contact for all Paramount Screening Room reservations; track and manage the screening calendar.
- Book external screenings at theaters of all sizes, including commercial cinemas and private screening rooms.
- Review contracts and vendor agreements in collaboration with legal and finance departments.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and support budget oversight for screening and tastemaker-related activities.
Qualifications/skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 year experience supporting an executive, agent or manager
Desired skills:
- Entertainment experience
- Experience supporting executive within legal department
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for complete tasks/assignments
- Good attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Demonstrated good judgment and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
- Able to work adeptly with general office equipment; computer, printer, telephone, photocopy machine

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 63,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
