Job Title: Senior Director, Global Operations Product Lead

We are seeking a visionary and technical Global Operations Product Lead to lead the evolution of our financial and procurement technology stack. In this role, you will bridge the gap between finance operations and technical execution, serving as the product owner for our Oracle Fusion applications. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, optimizing workflows, and guiding the adoption of Oracle Fusion Travel and Expense (T&E), Sourcing, Procurement, General Ledger (GL), and Accounts Payable (AP). What sets this role apart is the requirement for hands-on agentic app development expertise. You will not only manage the product. You will also build, train, and deploy AI agents using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and Anthropic. Your tasks will include automating complex financial workflows, improving user experiences, and increasing operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Management

  • Define the Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Oracle Fusion Finance and Procurement modules that aligns with the organization's financial goals.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with teams in Global Business Operations, Accounting, Procurement, Product, and Technology. Gather requirements. Identify pain points. Translate business needs into technical user stories.

  • Agile Delivery: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product releases. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

  • Adoption & Change Management: Drive user adoption through training, clear documentation, and continuous feedback loops.

Oracle Fusion Optimization

  • Process Engineering: Design and optimize end-to-end workflows within Oracle Fusion Travel & Expense, managing policies, approval routing, and audit rules.

  • Procurement & Sourcing Mastery: Oversee the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. Enhance Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables modules to automate transactions and improve vendor management, contract compliance, and spend visibility.

  • Core Financials Functional Support: Provide functional expertise to guide configurations and updates across core financial modules, ensuring seamless data flow between AP, Procurement, and the General Ledger.

AI Agent Development & Automation

  • Agentic App Development (Anthropic): Design and build applications that use Anthropic's Claude. These applications will solve complex financial reasoning tasks. They will use tools like function calling and extract data outside or alongside the Oracle ecosystem.

  • Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio: Directly utilize Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio to design, test, and deploy intelligent agents natively tailored to our ERP landscape.

  • GL & AP AI Automation: Develop specialized AI agents to streamline General Ledger and Accounts Payable functions. Use cases include autonomous invoice processing, intelligent GL reconciliation, anomaly detection in journal entries, and automated AP exception handling.

  • Procurement and T&E Workflows: Create generative AI tools to automate common tasks. These tasks include careful auditing of expenses. You will also match purchase orders (POs) automatically. Additionally, you will provide insights for sourcing predictions. You will respond to natural language queries from business users.

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor AI agent performance, refine prompts, adjust workflows, and ensure the AI models remain compliant with financial governance and data security standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems Analysis, or Financial Technology, with a focus on ERP systems.

  • Oracle Fusion Expertise: Proficient knowledge and experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement. Also proficient in Sourcing, Travel & Expense (T&E), General Ledger (GL), and Accounts Payable (AP).

  • AI & Agentic Development Skills: Hands-on technical experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio AND Anthropic API. You must be able to build agentic applications. You should master advanced prompt engineering. You will implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). You will also manage how to use LLM tools.

  • Domain Knowledge: A robust knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles. This includes understanding the chart of accounts and the month-end close process. It is also important to have knowledge of source-to-pay (S2P) processes and procurement lifecycle management.

  • Technical Acumen: Ability to read and understand technical documentation, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data models to effectively build AI agents and communicate with engineering teams.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Oracle Cloud Certifications in Procurement, Financials, or AI/Generative AI.

    • Experience with Python or Node.js for backend AI agent orchestration and API integration.

    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

    • Prior background in software engineering, technical consulting, or data science.

    • Experience with financial compliance, SOX audit controls, and enterprise data privacy regulations.

    • Experience in Oracle HCM AI Agents is preferred.
