As a Senior Quality Engineering Manager, you will help build our next generation of Quality Engineers Automation! Own the Automation team to define, implement, and measure the practices ensuring our products supply value to our customers by delivering reliable, and defect free applications. Work with our Quality Managers, Quality Engineers, and Software Engineers to refine automated testing. Your team will help guide the Quality and the development of teams to promote customer requirements are met with high quality software and on time delivery.
- Directly develop a team of Automation Managers, and Automation Engineers across our platforms.
- Provide Automation Key Performance Indicators to the leadership team.
- Engage with multi-functional teams to get requirements and feedback.
- Hire, lead, mentor and coach teams to be successful contributors.
- Drive test automation coverage for all applications.
- Provide technical and strategic mentorship to the team.
- Implement ideas to increase team productivity and efficiency.
- Define Team level quarterly and yearly goals.
- Monitor and maintain metrics on Automation runs, effectiveness and backlog.
- Engage with development teams to optimize automated testing to allow for faster release cadence.

Requirements:
- 8+years of QE Automation experience.
- 8 + years in Software Quality Engineering.
- 5+ years of management experience with direct reports.
- Knowledge of industry standard automation tools/framework.
- Experience leading a mix of FTE and contracting resources.
- Experience with Mobile, Web, Roku, API and Video Automation.
- Experience with working in Agile development model.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, extremely adaptable and able to prioritize a large number of tasks
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $125,000.00 - 165,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
