In This Role You’ll:
Paramount Global Tech is seeking a Technical Application Owner/Manager to provide dedicated support for Avid Wolftech, an application used by CBS News. This role is ideal for someone passionate about media technology and business processes for news gathering, who thrives in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Responsibilities Include:
· Provide hands-on application support - including troubleshooting and guiding users through regular updates
· Create training guides and conduct training sessions for users and key partners
· Report, test, and confirm bugs - document and track issues over time
· Liaise with vendors to follow up on bug fixes and feature requests
· Develop and implement test scripts in a test environment
· Identify and log feature/customization requests from client groups
· Manage application settings and configurations
· Document business and application processes
· Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and tech teams
· Participate in version testing, patch updates, and integration testing
· Deliver product training and actively participate in daily project meetings
· Host and manage weekly product meetings with business partners and vendors
Basic Qualifications You Bring:
· Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
· Experience in client support and services
· Understanding of product lifecycle and application ownership
· 3+ years of Business Analyst/Application Ownership experience
· Familiarity with production environments (SaaS, Cloud, Microsoft OS)
· Proficiency with Asana, ServiceNow, and Jira
· Fluent in documentation
Bonus Skills:
· Knowledge of media technology and news gathering business processes
· Flexibility to work early/late hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 100,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
