Primary Responsibilities: 
Paramount is hiring a Vulnerability Manager to join its Vulnerability Management Team. The position is responsible for helping drive the Information Security organization’s efforts to lead software vulnerabilities in all global Paramount systems, including those supporting streaming, broadcasting, content delivery, and corporate business units. The Vulnerability Manager and their team will use a number of tools to identify and report on vulnerabilities on cloud infrastructure, workstations, data center systems, network equipment, and applications.
Responsibilities include:
•    Handle and coordinate the work of the team members reporting into the role
•    Perform scheduled and ad-hoc vulnerability assessments on cloud infrastructure, workstations, data center systems, network equipment, and applications
•    Work with technical teams and partners across Paramount to ensure assets are appropriately covered by the Vulnerability Management program
•    Develop processes for reviewing and refining vulnerability findings to reduce false positives and other issues
•    Communicate vulnerability findings to the teams responsible for remediation
•    Provide mentorship for prioritizing remediation and mitigation activities using risk criteria such as CVSS, exposure, and asset criticality
•    Compile and deliver vulnerability reports/metrics to customers
•    Review new vulnerabilities, assess potential risks to Paramount, and draft alert bulletins for collaborators if necessary
•    Participate in the major vulnerability process to coordinate the Paramount response to critical vulnerabilities (e.g., log4j)
•    Work with technical teams to deploy vulnerability management tools across the Paramount environment
•    Lead all aspects of the development of security documentation including processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines
•    Train and mentor the analysts on the team


Basic Qualifications:


•    Solid understanding of vulnerability management and mitigation activities
•    Experience performing vulnerability assessments of cloud and on-premise systems
•    Good ability to communicate vulnerability information to both technical and non-technical audiences!


Additional Qualifications:


•    Experience reviewing vulnerability information found in CVEs, vendor alerts, and threat intelligence reports
•    Relevant information security certifications
•    Familiarity with cloud security standards such as CSA and CIS
•    Experience with systems administration tools and processes
•    Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and development methodologies
•    5+ years of experience in information security
•    Comfortable working with and leading geographically distributed team members!
•    Superb attention to detail
•    Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
