Workflow Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Airtable Builder to improve, build, and optimize already existing workflow systems that power our Marketing organization! This role will focus on developing Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations to support campaign management, creative production, and asset tracking. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, process-driven, and able to translate business needs into scalable Airtable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Development

○ Build and maintain Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations to streamline Marketing workflows.

○ Implement best practices for schema design, permissions, and data integrity.

○ Use Airtable Automations and third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make) to integrate workflows and reduce manual effort.

Operational Support

○ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

○ Document workflows, create user guides, and provide training to support adoption.

○ Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and workflow optimization.

Basic Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience building advanced Airtable systems (Marketing or Operations environment preferred).
• Strong expertise in Airtable schema design, interfaces, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code integration tools (Zapier, Make, Integromat) a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $110,400.00 - 140,000.00. 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
