Please note that this position is offered as a fixed‑term contract (CDD), starting as soon as possible and running until the end of July.
Is this the role for you?
You will be responsible for sharing market trends and insights with the central team to help shape strategic decisions, ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, managing key administrative processes with affiliated partners, leading cross‑functional collaboration, and supporting strong strategic alignment across teams.
What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize the content strategy for MTV Entertainment and Nickelodeon brands (including MTV, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon) across all owned‑and‑operated platforms, aligned with the French windowing strategy. Facilitate smooth and transparent information sharing across teams such as CFF, Paramount+, Pluto TV, GCD, Ad Sales, Affiliates, Content Analysis, Consumer Products, Marketing, and PR.
- Manage and coordinate content delivery workflows for all brands with affiliate partners, ensuring smooth operations and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Coordinate content commitments and channel’s obligations with affiliates, including VOD and catch‑up planning, promo deliveries, and sharing programming highlights with local partners.
- Oversee windowing strategy execution with Paramount+ and Pluto TV, ensuring accurate content availability, strong cross‑promotion, and operational alignment.
- Ensure full compliance with ARCOM regulations and other relevant legal or contractual requirements, including coordinating parental ratings for Kids & Family content.
- Collaborate closely with BALA, Affiliate, and Streaming teams to ensure content standards are met and overall strategic alignment is maintained.
- Maintain continuous communication with CFF teams to coordinate market activities in France, including information centralization, library management, refresh initiatives, and windowing implementation.
- Lead the operational side of localization for MTVE and Nickelodeon content pipelines, ensuring high-quality delivery tailored to the French market.
- Apply strong knowledge of the French media landscape, particularly regulatory frameworks and content quota requirements, to guide decision-making and ensure operational compliance.
What are we looking for?
- Junior-level experience (2–3 years) in content strategy, content management, localization, or a related role.
- Native-level French proficiency and fluency in English (our team is highly international, with many colleagues based abroad).
- A solid understanding of the French media landscape, including local regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with TV/streaming content programming, whether through linear TV channels, digital platforms, or streaming services.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
- Curiosity about audience behaviors and cultural trends in France.
- Ability to balance creativity with operational excellence.
