This is a PERMANENT full-time role based in SYDNEY
Enough about us! What you’ll do as an Account Manager- Ad Sales:
As an Account Manager in the Sydney Sales team, you will work within Paramount’s high performing Ad Sales team representing and selling advertising across the Paramount ecosystem with specific focus on Network Ten. You will be a champion of TV/Streaming, and display a firm understanding of the role it plays in delivering effective outcomes for your portfolio of clients. You will act as the face of the Paramount brand in market, representing with passion, maximising revenue opportunities, creating best-in-class strategic solutions, and building meaningful relationships with your partners.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue growth across an allocated agency portfolio to meet and exceed targets
- Market presence - regularly out in market presenting to, and meeting with, clients to provide advertising solutions and respond to their advertising briefs.
- Facilitating and supporting the sale of cross platform sponsorships across general entertainment, sport, and social packages
- Providing accurate forecasting data on revenue for portfolio.
- Lead and mentor an Account Executive as an indirect report.

What are we looking for in an Account Manager? What’s important?
- Account management experience in advertising and/or media sectors
- Demonstrated experience in a sales-focused role and pitching solutions to clients
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- First-rate presentation skills
- Genuine passion for television, streaming and video content
- Understanding of the broader media landscape
- Strong agency/buyer relationships
