What you’ll do as an Account Manager – Digital Ad Sales:

 

Join our high-performing Digital Ad Sales team, representing 10 Play and Paramount+, two of the fastest-growing streaming platforms in Australia.

 

As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-profile, blue-chip clients, helping them maximize their digital advertising investments across our platforms. You’ll be a trusted advisor, using data-driven insights to craft tailored solutions that drive results.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive digital revenue growth across an allocated agency portfolio to achieve sales targets.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and agencies, acting as their go-to expert for digital advertising solutions.

  • Pitch and present compelling sales solutions in response to client briefs, aligning with their marketing objectives.

  • Sell cross-platform sponsorships across entertainment, sport, and social packages.

  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and market insights.

  • Mentor and guide a Digital Account Executive to support team success.

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital sales, media, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Passion for television, streaming, and digital media.

  • Existing agency/buyer relationships (preferred but not essential).
