This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY.
 
Enough about us! What you’ll do as a Broadcast Commercial Operations Coordinator: 
 
Working in a vital department which is responsible for producing the daily commercial broadcast schedule, the focus of this role is on maximising revenue through the management and delivery of commercial inventory and working closely with the Sales team.

  

Functions will include: 

 

  • Formatting sales schedules to maximise commercial revenue
  • Liaising with Programming, Traffic Operations, Sales and On-Air Presentation 
  • Ensuring adherence to the requirements set out in the ACMA Code of Practice 
  • Making program changes in IBMS Sales to reflect the current program schedule 
  • Building String working relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Providing support to the Broadcast Commercial Operations Manager and the Commercial Operations team

 

What are we looking for in a Broadcast Commercial Operations Coordinator? What’s important?  
 

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role ideally with IBMS
  • Ability to adapt and problem solve
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrated skills in complex data entry
  • Experience working within a broadcast traffic department would be highly regarded
