What You'll Do:
As a Content Merchandising Manager, you’ll lead the charge in driving audience engagement, retention, and consumption through strategic content placement and merchandising. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Content Placement: Partner with Title Marketing, Content Strategy and local marketing to plan and merchandise titles across platforms.

Merchandising Execution: Collaborate with global teams to manage requests, wireframe recommendations, carousel settings, and more.

CRM Leadership: Create and execute email and push notification strategies across both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and partner channels.

Audience Engagement: Drive customer engagement through compelling campaigns, leveraging data, trends, and current events to highlight series, movies, specials, and sports content.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze engagement metrics, optimize audience strategies, and identify untapped opportunities.

Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and integrating findings into strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with global stakeholders and produce actionable reports to measure success and refine initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a customer-obsessed, data-savvy, and detail-oriented person with a love for streaming and a proven track record in content merchandising.
Here’s what you’ll need to excel in this role:

Experience & Expertise:

5+ years in content merchandising, visual/interaction design, or related fields.

Solid understanding of the streaming landscape and business models.

Hands-on experience with platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.

Creative & Strategic Skills:

A strong POV on merchandising strategy, tools, and processes.

Ability to craft engaging marketing emails, write impactful copy, and collaborate with design teams.

Expertise in testing and optimizing marketing channel performance.

Analytical Mindset:

Deep knowledge of digital marketing analytics and tracking.

Highly analytical with a curious, entrepreneurial mindset.
