We now have an opportunity for someone experienced in media/ad partnerships to join our National Digital Advertising Partnerships team, based on-site in our Pyrmont office (Sydney).
 
Enough about us! What you’ll do as a Digital Partnerships Manager: 
 
The Digital Partnerships Manager is responsible for the management and execution of digital sponsorships across Network 10’s ecosystem including 10 Streaming, social media, consumer promotions, P+ and premium advertising assets. You will manage campaigns from start to finish including participating and contributing to brainstorms, brief responses and pro-actives. The role will also help drive ad innovation, playing a pivotal role in bringing new sponsor assets to life.  In this dynamic environment, the remit will cover exciting entertainment programming such as MasterChef, Australian Survivor and Big Brother, live sports including the AGP and football, as well as comedy and news.   


Functions will also include: 

  • Project managing multiple assets, deadlines, stakeholders and approvals across an evolving campaign and programming schedule
  • Working closely with Paramount’s sales, social, digital, design and technology teams, as well as production companies and third party vendors
  • Maintaining first class client communications and liaising with partners on regular WIPs
  • Briefing in jobs to design, graphics and social teams to create sponsored assets
  • Contributing to brief responses, go-to-market decks and other collateral to sell in brand opportunities and respond to client briefs
  • Helping drive innovation in collaboration with the Commercial Strategy team, including testing, building and implementing new assets
  • Consistently tracking, optimising and reporting on activity, including comprehensive post campaign reports
  • Ensure compliance with Paramount’s Global Business Conduct Statement (BCS), all internal policies and procedures and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.  

 

What are we looking for in a Digital Partnerships Manager? What’s important?  

 Experience 
•    Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in media publisher or agency 
•    Proven skills in project management including planning, organisation, attention to detail and time management 
•    A process-driven individual able to pick up new programs and workflows quickly 
•    A proactive self-starter who thrives in both autonomous and collaborative settings 
•    Strong stakeholder management skills including excellent written and verbal communication 
•    A creative thinker with experience working on client proposals or pitches 
•    A commercial understanding of media schematics and schedules 
 
Skills/Knowledge 
•    A customer-focused, sales orientated approach to meeting client expectations.  
•    Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications  
•    Detail oriented, organised, flexible, timely and accurate  
•    Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills  
•    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  
•    Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines  
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills  
 
Preferred but not essential 
•    Previous media experience would be great, but not essential  
•    Exposure to IBMS and/or Salesforce systems would be an advantage
