We now have an opportunity for an experienced EA/Admin Assistant to join us on a CASUAL basis for approximately 8 months. This is a Sydney based role (Pyrmont) working 4 days office / 1 day WFH to meet the needs of the team.
Enough about us! What you’ll do in this role:
This is a unique role responsible for supporting the VP Sales with the management of day to day operations and reporting (internally and externally) to support the Revenue Operations team.
Functions will also include:
- Support VP Sales in day-to-day management of department
- Manage diary, support with communications and emails, meetings and visitors into building. Manage expenses, travel and associated bookings.
- Handling sensitive correspondence and communication, understanding the value and importance of confidential information.
- Support the Revenue Department with internal revenue reporting into the business.
- Deliver external revenue reporting to commercial vendors, as assigned by VP Sales.
- Producing high quality reporting and presentations to support VP Sales
- Working collaboratively with other Executive Assistants across the business.
- Ensure compliance with Paramount’s Global Business Conduct Statement (BCS), all internal policies and procedures and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative support role ideally within media (or similar) industry.
Skills/Knowledge
- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new reporting systems quickly
- Detail oriented, organised, flexible, timely and accurate
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
