We now have a permanent full-time role based on-site in our Sydney office (Pyrmont).
As the EA to our Sales leadership team you will support their day-to-day administration to ensure they’re set up for success.
You’re an exceptionally organised Executive Assistant who displays a high level of initiative, efficiency, maturity and integrity. A team player with excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, you love building and maintaining relationships across the business and have a real passion for creating and supporting a positive team culture.
Functions will include:
Email correspondence
o Inbox management, drafting and sending correspondence as required
o Monitoring and flagging priority communications
Diary management
o Proactive calendar management
o Scheduling, rescheduling and prioritising meetings
Meeting preparation
o Coordination of meeting logistics (rooms, VC links, catering)
o Acting as a point of contact for meeting coordination
o Management of recurring and ad hoc sales meeting agendas and invites
General & office administration
o Day to day office administration and support in Sydney
o Paying invoices, expense processing and reconciliation
o Travel and expense coordination
o Ordering and maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies
o Coordinating with station/building services on office requirements and issues
Sales team and event support
o Liaising with internal teams to support sales and leadership priorities
o Managing sport and event ticketing
o Help with the coordination of sales team events (both internal and external)
o Managing event invite lists and tracking RSVPs

Essential Skills:
- Adaptability: Adjusts with change and uncertainty, able to shift gears quickly and without fuss. Able to improvise, multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure (and a smile!)
- Collaboration: Fosters cross-unit collaboration. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively as part of a team in a deadline driven environment
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Integrity: Understands and acts in accordance with organisational values and is widely trusted, reliable handling of sensitive or confidential information
- Proactive: In conjunction with others, works to take a proactive approach to anticipating, preventing and solving problems
Experience
- Demonstrated success in a similar role supporting senior level managers
- Previous experience in media/entertainment industry highly advantageous but not essential
