We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR team in Sydney (Pyrmont) in a permanent full-time on-site role.
 
Enough about us! What you’ll do as an HR Operations Coordinator: 
 
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and efficient HR operational services across the employee lifecycle within the APAC region. Working as part of a small team within the larger HR organisation, you’ll play a vital part in supporting all employees across the business with queries or problems, issuing employment documentation, supporting on projects, and contributing to a great team culture.

We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, has a helpful proactive attitude, and enjoys working in a fast-paced HR environment.
  
You’ll be doing this like this: 
 

  • Provide employees with front-line HR support, guidance, and troubleshooting across topics including HR programs & policies, timesheets and pay, benefits, and onboarding & offboarding processes
  • Coordinate the escalation and resolution of advanced employee issues across Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and HRBP teams, while ensuring all parties are aligned and updated along the way
  • Support the onboarding process for all incoming employees, including ensuring all onboarding requirements are met in a timely manner, logistics are coordinated across TA Ops, HR Data, Tech, and Facilities teams, and employee & manager have a smooth experience
  • Manage employee data changes and job requisition requests.
  • Support HRBPs with reporting requests, including maintaining organizational charts, headcount files, and census reports for HRBPs
  • Collaborate with HR Data team on regular data audits to ensure overall data quality and accuracy for your client group
  • Support HR Operational projects, aiming to drive HR process efficiency as well as employee experiences with HR
  • Partner with HRBP teams on client specific projects and tasks, as required

 

This is what we’re looking for:  
 
•    Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline 
•    Demonstrated experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services. 
•    HRIS experience (Oracle, ADP -Workforce Manager, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow). 
•    Good knowledge of Australian employment legislation. 
•    Advanced Excel and reporting capability. 
•    High attention to detail and data accuracy. 
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 
•    Experience in large, matrixed organisations would be advantageous 
•    Understanding of payroll processes and remuneration structures is a bonus
