HR Operations Specialist

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive and solutions-driven HR professional who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment and is skilled at leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or a similar field – payroll experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data, generate insights, and use these insights to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• A solid understanding of Australian employment law and experience with Enterprise Agreements.
• Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
• A collaborative team player who can juggle multiple priorities, deliver results, and contribute to data-driven HR strategies.
• Ability to work with HR systems and tools to collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics.
