This is a ongoing CASUAL role which can be based in SYDNEY or BRISBANE.
As the Marketing Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of performance-driven marketing initiatives across Network 10’s broadcast and streaming platforms. The role is pivotal in driving audience and consumption growth, managing key partnerships, and contributing to impactful campaigns that resonate with viewers.
Functions will include:
• Working closely with the Head of Marketing – Broadcast & Digital, develop and manage innovative and measurable engagement strategies for acquisition and growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the entire marketing department, as well as creative, publicity, content, partnerships, product and tech teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across paid digital channels
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, looking holistically at both media and business outcomes, and provide actionable insights for optimisation
• Management of organic marketing for CTV partners, attending QBRs, managing entitlements and proactive opportunities for prominence
• Support the development and execution of social media strategies and social performance reporting, and contribute to content planning and audience engagement tactics
What are we looking for in a Marketing Engagement Manager? What’s important to us?
• Ideally 5+ years in marketing, preferably within broadcast, streaming or digital media
• Proven experience in performance marketing and campaign management
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing analytics, encompassing the ability to comprehensively understand, track, and analyse program performance
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing tools and dashboards
• Strong understanding of digital media, CTV platforms, and audience engagement strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to remain agile and responsive in dynamic environments, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and a positive, collaborative approach to working in fast-paced settings
