As the Marketing Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing growth and retention, customer engagement, and building a high-performing, future-ready digital marketing team. 
  
Functions will include: 

  • Lead digital acquisition strategies to grow our customer base and optimise cost per acquisition
  • Develop a marketing strategy to grow active and addressable users, consumption, loyalty and advocacy, with a plan for increasing our digital maturity
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing (HOM), National Marketing Campaign Manager (NMCM), Marketing Engagement Manager (MEM) and media agency to ensure we are booking the most effective platforms and placements, implementing efficiencies across various channels, partners and platforms
  • Lead and mentor digital marketing team members, ensuring growth goals are achieved via paid performance marketing and owned communication channels, such as email, IAM, and push notifications, ensuring effective use of our customer engagement platform and 1PD, with continual experimentation
  • Manage our Customer Engagement Platform and martech partners and work closely with our media agency to improve targeting, engagement, attribution, measurement, and reporting across all marketing efforts.
  • Analyse performance metrics using tools like Adobe Analytics, Braze, Branch, and agency paid metrics; implement optimizations.
  • Management of timely reporting to the HOM, create and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders as required
  • Budget management for digital initiatives as required, including forecasting and reconciliation 
  • Stay up to date on digital and social developments including privacy and technology updates, inform HOM as they occur, and educate the wider marketing team.

  • Demonstrated success across a broad range of marketing and digital disciplines
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practice, strategic delivery, segmentation, media agencies, marketing automation platforms and online channels 
  • An experienced people leader who builds high-performing teams through clarity, trust and accountability 
  • Data-led, digitally savvy and confident in delivering results in complex, resource-constrained environments, and the ability to turn data from multiple sources into meaningful insights 
  • Confidence managing agencies and briefing and meeting with media, creative, digital, martech and platform partners
  • Proactive, with strong organisational and project management skills, with experience juggling multiple deadlines and changing priorities
