This permanent role can based on-site in our Sydney or Melbourne office locations.
Enough about us! What you’ll do as a Production & Talent Coordinator:
As Production and Talent Coordinator at Network 10 and Paramount+, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring everything runs smoothly - from managing travel and logistics for talent and crew to keeping production schedules and budgets on track. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where you’ll collaborate with multiple departments, support on-screen talent, and help deliver world-class content. Functions will also include:
- Coordinate all travel and logistics for talent and crew across the production slate
- Manage end-to-end production requirements for assigned shows, ensuring schedules, milestones, and budgets are maintained accurately
- Maintain Production Schedules and provide regular updates to internal departments such as Finance, Publicity, Legal, and Broadcast
- Track and report production costs, ensuring timely processing of talent and vendor payments and delivering accurate cost updates to management
- Support on-screen talent throughout the production lifecycle, addressing logistical challenges and ensuring health, safety, and well-being standards are met.
What are we looking for in a Production & Talent Coordinator? What’s important?
- Proven experience in production coordination on large-scale entertainment formats, with solid knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a mature, discreet approach to liaising with talent and stakeholders
- Proficiency in production workflows and tools, plus a sound understanding of health, safety, and welfare standards in production environments
- Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions, maintaining accuracy and professionalism while ensuring smooth production operations.
