This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY. 

  

Enough about us! What you’ll do as a Research and Insights Analyst:  

 

You’ll be part of the team supporting Paramount’s sales and content teams with insights, analysis and strategic recommendations to best support the sales and monetisation of Paramount’s broadcast and streaming platforms. In other words, you'll arm sales with the good news to make us money!  The role sits within a small, dynamic insights team supporting Advertising Sales, Content, Marketing, Communications and the wider business. 

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting sales briefs responses with research and insights, utilising the television ratings data and other sources. 
  • Analysis of Paramount’s programming content across broadcast and digital. 
  • Regular daily and weekly reporting of Paramount’s audiences across broadcast and digital platforms. 
  • Ad hoc reports and insights for Content, Digital, Finance, Corporate Communications and Marketing. 

 

What are we looking for in a Research and Insights Analyst? What’s important? 

  • Knowledge and interest in television and streaming media.  
  • Some experience working in research, broadcast or online media, or in advertising sales. 
  • Data analysis skills, and the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights. 
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.  
  • Good written communication skills. 
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a tight-knit team
