This is a PERMANENT full-time role based in SYDNEY.

 

What you’ll do as a Senior Digital Campaign Manager:

 

The Senior Digital Campaign Manager role is part of a dynamic Digital Ad Operations team responsible for supporting the Sales team in executing digital advertising campaigns for some of Australia’s most esteemed brands with a key focus on video inventory, driving a range of projects from Ad Operations perspective and coaching & developing assigned Campaign Managers. This role requires managing and owning video, online display, mobile and targeted campaigns for the national sales team. You will be the point of contact for ad serving inquiries, campaign management, troubleshooting and any other campaign related tasks.

 

More Specifically, you’ll be doing things like this:

  • Campaign Management: manage and execute successful campaigns (campaign set up, monitoring, trafficking, optimisation, troubleshooting) 
  • Communication: liaise with internal and external stakeholders on campaign execution, providing updates, reports, and addressing any operational inquiries or concerns
  • Creative quality checks: QA all creative that go live and ensure they are built to Paramount ad specifications
  • Troubleshoot: video/display creative, custom executions, campaign under performance, viewability, brand safety, site ad tagging etc.
  • Optimisations: effectively work with Sales, Revenue, Tech, Data, Product and other internal teams to optimise campaigns to meet performance objectives and escalate delivery issues as necessary
  • People Management: coach and develop assigned Campaign Managers to help maintain high levels of performance through regular and systematic feedback, support, and development
  • Assist in project work and collaborate with other internal teams like Tech, Product, Rev, Data, Content and Sales to govern best practice in digital advertising
  • Required Administration duties, reporting, analysis, delivery of results, etc


What are we looking for? What’s important?

  • Previous experience in digital advertising operations or at least 2 years’ experience in the media industry
  • Experience of ad serving/tracking/booking technologies (such as Google AdManager/Freewheel/ 360, Sizmek, IAS, MOAT, DCM, Operative One, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with video, online display, mobile advertising, behavioral targeting and video encoding
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel
  • strong organizational, verbal and analytic skills
  • Excellent communication skills, follow through and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Acute attention to detail with an ‘innovation’ mindset
  • A great team player, collaborative and open communicator

 

You might also have:

  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of audience measurement
  • Knowledge of Programmatic advertising
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
