  • Count all inbound stock
  • Verify inventory received vs packing slip/manifest
  • Report all discrepancies
  • Document detailed receipt information
  • Obtain accurate profile information and perform SMS profiles
  • Capture and report dimensions using Cubiscan
  • Verify and research all inbound ASN receipts
  • Maintain files of completed paperwork
  • Communicate with all other areas of operations
  • Review/resolve reports
  • Maintain Combined Receiving Log and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate dock doors and interact with yard jockey
  • Interact/handle paperwork with live Inbound carriers and drivers



  • Computer Experience-Data Entry, MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a warehouse management web based application
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be organized, conscientious and thorough
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, written and verbally
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.





SCHEDULED WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday.  8:00am-4:00pm
