Manager, Global Retention Marketing, Paramount+
Is this the role for you?
We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven Manager of Global Retention Marketing to help shape and lead our global subscriber engagement strategy for Paramount+.
What will you be doing?
- Lead end-to-end title engagement programs, designing and executing subscriber journeys for key global segments across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with content programming, brand, and partnership marketing teams to develop segmentation strategies and define the goals that drive strong content engagement.
- Work with Data Science & Analytics to formulate deep audience insights, identifying the factors that drive engagement and ultimately improve retention.
- Spot new, scalable audience segment opportunities that foster deeper engagement, content discovery, and habitual product use.
- Build, execute, and continuously refine a data-informed testing and experimentation roadmap.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, evaluating results against key metrics and sizing opportunities for future growth.
- Improve marketing efficiency by implementing product features that deepen engagement across all our marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with CRM to assess and integrate new platforms, technologies, and channels that support personalized journeys at scale.
What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in retention marketing, including lifecycle programs, segmentation, and automation strategy. Experience in direct-to-consumer subscription or streaming services is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to extract clear, actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Strong interest in sports and live programming, including international competitions and Brazilian sports, with a curiosity about how leagues and tournaments are scheduled, launched, and promoted throughout the season is a plus.
- An agile, adaptable marketer with a test-and-learn mentality and a desire to iterate quickly based on insights.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious growth goals.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to build clear roadmaps, manage multiple priorities, and juggle diverse tasks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple internal systems, processes, and data/content management tools.
