PM Development Analyst (Brazil)

Paramount is in search of “PM Development Analyst” to join PTIS (Paramount Television International Studios) in São Paulo, Brazil.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the department head in negotiating necessary agreements with talent, writers, first look deals, book options, developers, and/or production companies to carry out the studio's content development and writing.
• Collaborate with the legal team for contract preparation and follow through until signing.
• Request WBS (cost centers) to finance department and monitor budgeting with them.
• Keep track of payment schedules, working closely with the administrative resource.
• Follow key dates for each development, collaborating with the content department.
• Update, track, and optimize reports and calendars in Smartsheet or the required format.
• Coordinate with team members from other regions to streamline processes.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with experience in production management and back office, with knowledge in legal/administrative handling. It will be a fundamental requirement to have a bilingual level of English, both spoken and written, and Spanish proficiency will be a plus. We will highly value candidates who stand out for their excellent interpersonal skills and identify opportunities to optimize processes. Additionally, we are seeking candidates capable of managing relationships with Financial and Legal departments, as well as industry players involved in developments and productions, providing assistance throughout the entire process.
