Senior Executive, Franchise Management and Retail Marketing, Asia

As a member of the consumer products team, you will drive franchise and retail marketing across Asia to grow licensing. Partnering with Sales, you will approve licensee marketing, build trade and pitch materials, and deliver retail programs and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with the creative team to guide, review, and approve licensees’ marketing initiatives and collateral materials.
• Proactively collaborate with the sales team in direct markets (e.g., Singapore and Vietnam) to engage partners and drive retail marketing programs, mall events, and other promotional initiatives.
• Support sales teams in other markets by developing pitch decks, providing relevant information, and contributing strategic marketing ideas.
• Initiate and execute marketing campaigns, including retail marketing and influencer campaigns, to amplify brand presence and drive business growth.
• Maintain and manage a centralized Asia-wide resource library, including marketing materials, best practices, and wrap-up reports.
• Work closely with Walk Around Character agents on costume maintenance, training, storage, logistics, and operational coordination.
• Oversee order processing, payment tracking, and follow-up to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and manage trade marketing materials, including sizzle reels and trade presentations.
• Provide administrative and operational support by coordinating meetings, managing appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups, and taking on additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with project management experience, preferably within a relevant industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Business proficiency in English; knowledge in Chinese is a plus.
