This is a Permanent Full-Time role based in Melbourne. 

 

Are you ready to lead and innovate in the world of media partnerships? We’re looking for a visionary Group Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This is your chance to shape best-in-class cross-platform partnership strategies and drive premium commercial success.

 

What You’ll do: 

 

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to uncover high-impact opportunities across the entire Paramount ecosystem, creating solutions that address client business challenges.
  • Craft tailored advertising strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring responses are not just creative but also commercially effective.
  • Present compelling pitches to senior executives at agencies and clients, showcasing the value of our cross-platform offerings.
  • Secure mutually beneficial commercial partnerships and oversee seamless campaign implementation, ensuring top-notch service at every stage.
  • Develop new assets, products, and IP opportunities, and proactively pitch them to key clients, driving innovation and growth.
  • Lead the strategic planning process, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring alignment with national commercial priorities.
  • Establish pipelines with key agencies and clients, identifying growth opportunities and positioning our network as a top partner.
  • Take national responsibility for pricing premium programs, renewal deals, and short-term packages, driving priorities with the sales team.
  • Lead and develop a team, fostering their skills and confidence across all aspects of their roles.

  • Proven experience in media sales and partnerships, with a passion for creating and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and professional presentation style.
  • Ability to develop effective advertising strategies and translate them into successful campaigns for clients.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with solid business planning skills, capable of identifying opportunities and driving growth.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to build lasting relationships with clients, media agencies, and internal stakeholders.
