Overview
We are looking for a new member to join Paramount’s Campaign Management team in Los Angeles! The Campaign Manager serves as a pivotal driver of alignment and execution of creative marketing campaigns across Paramount Television Marketing. Acting as the central hub for creative asset development and delivery, this role ensures that every component of a 360° marketing campaign—spanning A/V, digital, social, print, and out-of-home—is strategically coordinated and executed on time and on budget. With a focus on operational excellence and creative innovation, the Campaign Manager partners closely with internal creative teams, external agencies, and partners to translate brand objectives into impactful, cohesive campaigns that elevate our content and resonate with audiences. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, champions collaboration, and consistently delivers best-in-class creative solutions.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage production and delivery of all components of a 360-marketing campaign including activations, partnerships, media plans, and assets (A/V, digital, social, print, and OOH) across a subset of shows and specials across the Paramount TV brands (CBS, Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, BET, and more)
- Manage all operational aspects of the campaign including workflow, timelines, asset tracking and budget tracking
- Create schedules, determine resources, ensure alignment with executive team, estimate time, track costs and project completion requirements
- Work with your brand strategy lead to set clear attainable objectives, build and gather requirements, and manage the constraints, including budget, timeline, scope, quality, and success of the campaign
- Ensure all projects are prioritized and ladder up to larger business goals
- Anticipate and skillfully mitigate problems; and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues and budget implications
- Manage asset development budgets for assigned shows
- Work collaboratively and proactively with various internal teams, maintaining solid relationships with partners across Paramount Global, including Content Brand Strategy, Creative, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, Media Planning, Technology/Operations, Post-production, PR, Development, CBS Studios, Paramount+ and more
- Help manage business relationships with external creative agencies
- Manage vendor onboarding, set up, including legal and finance needs
- Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of campaigns
- Leverage dashboards and documentation to report on timelines and project status
- Identify efficiencies across the Marketing team and broader organization
- Troubleshoot blockers and deal with any unique situations that may arise
- Help evolve the Paramount Television Marketing culture by taking calculated creative risks, nurturing new and disruptive ideas, and helping produce groundbreaking creative for marketing campaigns
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in entertainment, project management, creative services, or entertainment marketing
- Brand or project management experience at an entertainment company or advertising/promotion agency is preferred
Additional Qualifications
- Experience guiding production and delivery of a high volume of creative marketing assets, on time and on budget
- Possess solid decision-making skills and can operate with significant autonomy and discretion
- Detail and solution-oriented with well-developed project management skills
- Experience with Project Management Software, such as Airtable
- Ability to prioritize in a complex, dynamic environment
- A good listener and communicator with a high EQ
- Exemplary team player able to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders with a wide range of personality types
- Highly data-driven, possessing the ability to gather and apply insights to frame recommendations and results into concise and actionable plans/reports
- Exceptional knowledge of traditional and digital entertainment marketing, including but not limited to on-air, display, print, OOH, social, performance and digital media channels
- Comfortable in a test-and-learn environment
- Ability to influence direction on a wide range of department issues
- Focused and driven to excellence at the accomplishment of all tasks

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 95,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
