Content Coordinator (fixed-term)

We are now looking for a Content Coordinator - is that you?

You will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and preparing content to ensure all technical and editorial requirements are met for delivery, distribution and publication,
• Ensuring all video, metadata, and ancillary content is up to the standards and segmented and delivered on time and without error internally, as well as on linear and non-linear platforms,
• Providing operational support to team/department projects as assigned by the supervisor,
• Assisting brands with requests for new or missing assets from external departments and regional contacts,
• Providing reference and research assistance for all internal and external customers,
• Assisting with special projects as needed to support internal departments, affiliates, linear and digital initiatives.

We are looking for people who have:

• Years of experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred,
• Study: Undergraduate degree preferred.  Technical training with 1+ years of relevant work experience.

Specific tech/pro skills and specific other needs:

• Understanding of Microsoft Office applications,
• Ability to balance multiple and changing priorities while working in a fast paced schedule driven organization,
• Strong written and verbal communication,
• Proficient written and spoken English skills,
• Ability to troubleshoot operational problems,
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in process and quality analysis,
• Flexible scheduling.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of related media operations equipment, or ability to learn,
• Excellent customer service skills; both in communication and follow up,
• Work Experience in Broadcast Media industry,
• Familiarity with Paramount Networks programming,
• Experience working with customers in multiple time zones in a 24-hour environment,
• Knowledge of entertainment media acquisition, production, packaging, delivery and distribution workflows including Rights, Scheduling, Digital Asset Management and Finance Systems.
