We are now looking for a Coordinator in PFO team - is that you?
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Platform Fulfillment Operations team, helping to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of content to Paramount affiliates and streaming partners around the world.
You will coordinate content scheduling, fulfilment tracking and delivery activities while working closely with Paramount brands, internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also involves troubleshooting delivery and asset-related issues, monitoring content fulfilment workflows, and helping ensure a seamless customer experience.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where strong organizational skills, effective communication and a proactive approach are essential. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring that Paramount's content reaches audiences on time and without error across a wide range of digital platforms.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Handling global monthly schedules, daily air-date and scheduling changes, and the timely delivery of content to Paramount affiliates and streaming partners
- Collaborating with Paramount brands, internal operations teams and external partners to facilitate the creation and distribution of required media files and ancillary assets, including captions, subtitles, audio files, images and metadata
- Troubleshooting operational, asset and delivery-related issues across all stages of multiplatform content fulfilment
- Tracking content fulfilment, processing status and delivery milestones in internal scheduling and tracking systems
- Communicating delivery status, risks, delays and issue resolution updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Escalating technical, platform or brand-related issues to the appropriate teams to support timely resolution
- Providing operational support for team and department initiatives, process improvements and ad hoc projects as assigned
- Supporting internal departments, affiliates and digital initiatives by ensuring accurate, timely and high-quality content delivery

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE:
- Years of experience: 1+ years of work experience in the field preferred
- Study: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Technical training with 1+ years of work experience in the similar scope.
SPECIFIC TECH/PRO SKILLS AND SPECIFIC OTHER NEEDS:
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to balance multiple and changing priorities while working in a fast paced schedule driven organization
- Strong written and verbal communication. Proficient in English.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in process and quality analysis.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot operational problems
- Proactive attitude, agility
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of related media operations equipment, or ability to learn.
- Superior customer service skills; both in communication and follow up
- Work Experience in Digital Media or Broadcast Media industry
- Familiarity with Paramount programming.
- Experience working with customers in multiple time zones in a 24-hour environment.
- Knowledge of entertainment media acquisition, production, packaging, delivery and distribution workflows including Rights, Scheduling, Digital Asset Management and Finance Systems
