HR Manager, Poland (maternity cover)
Reporting line: VP HR North & Central Europe
What will you be doing?
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior HRBPs and local leaders on execution of the people strategy for Paramount LOBs based in Poland.
- Implement locally company-wide HR programs, initiatives, processes and recommend HR best practices to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Offer people managers the performance management guidance and coordinate employee relations issues.
- Partner with HR COEs (Comp & Ben, HR Operations, Payroll, TA, L&D) to define needs and deliver holistic people and process solutions.
- Deploy of salary review plans, promotions, Short-Term Incentive Plan, Retention plans.
- Develop and support execution of employee engagement and wellbeing plans.
What are we looking for?
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering in international companies including strong local employment law / labour law knowledge as a must
- Experience working in Tech companies will be a big plus
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and yield influence with senior level leaders
- Excellent communication, advisory and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
