#WeAreParamount on a mission to unleash the power of content… you in?

We’ve got the brands, we’ve got the stars, we’ve got the power to achieve our mission to entertain the planet – now all we’re missing is… YOU! Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.

Apply for the Product Development Designer role and take ownership of developing Softlines products, with a focus on apparel and accessories—from initial concept through final production. In this role, you’ll partner with both internal and external teams to deliver best-in-class products that align with brand vision, consumer expectations, and market trends.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across iconic Paramount brands, including PAW Patrol, SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Garfield, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Star Trek, MTV, Comedy Central, CBS, and Paramount Pictures.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end approval process for products—from concept through production—with a focus on apparel and accessories for North European markets,
  • Partner closely with licensees, offering thoughtful design direction, creative feedback, and support to ensure products consistently reflect our brand values and meet quality standards,
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure designs are both achievable and aligned with broader business goals,
  • Support commercial and retail teams by developing tailored, compelling design pitches that help bring our strategic vision to life,
  • Research, concept, and execute original creative projects, including identifying and developing any new assets needed to support innovation,
  • Create tools and resources—such as training materials and brand guides—to improve efficiency and support the product development process across the region,
  • Work closely with Account Managers and the legal team to ensure all product development aligns with contractual agreements and brand standards,
  • Stay informed on creative and market trends, identifying new product categories and opportunities that resonate with consumers in the region,
  • Conduct consumer and competitor research focused on Northern Europe to inform design direction, uncover insights, and identify market gaps,
  • Manage product samples, including coordinating and preparing standout pieces for trade shows, partner meetings, and PR/marketing opportunities,
  • Continuously elevate our creative output by exploring new ideas, challenging conventional approaches, and delivering fresh, impactful solutions for our brands,
  • Act as a creative ambassador in North European meetings, contributing insights that support commercial decisions and inspire cross‑functional teams

We offer:

  • Employment contract,
  • Multisport card + private medical care,
  • Access to e-learning and self-development platforms and office library,
  • English language lessons,
  • Active global inclusion and CSR groups,
  • Well located, modern office with lots of amenities – adjustable desks, electronics toolkit, 3D printer ready for you to use, pool table, console, table tennis, massage chair.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Education or training in design or a related product field—this can be a BA/BS, Technical College qualification, or an equivalent path that reflects your skills and experience,
  • Experience in product development, ideally with exposure to licensing or branded partnerships,
  • Background in retail design and comfort collaborating closely with retail partners,
  • A solid understanding of the licensing industry, including working with contracts and agreements,
  • Strong design capabilities and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign,
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools—Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
  • Clear and collaborative communication skills, both written and verbal, to partner effectively with a variety of stakeholders,
  • Professional fluency in English and Polish, spoken and written,
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment,
  • Confidence in decision‑making, with the ability to prioritize effectively and navigate pressure with composure,
  • A positive, solutions‑focused mindset and an energetic, proactive approach to work,
  • Comfort working independently while also contributing actively as a team player,
  • Strong creative instincts, with a natural feel for trends, product concepts, and visually compelling work,
  • Ability to develop innovative and practical solutions to challenges that arise in product development,
  • Bonus: Experience designing products for kids or within children’s licensing.
