We are now looking for a QC Coordinator - is that you?
You will be responsible for:
- Owning end-to-end QC: reviewing incoming content against Paramount's quality and technical standards, making sure every asset is ready before it reaches the audience,
- Catching and resolving issues fast: spotting audio, video, and subtitle problems, documenting them clearly, and working with internal teams and vendors to get them fixed,
- Segmenting video content: using specialist tools to identify and accurately segment key scenes or objects based on defined criteria,
- Applying your MSC and WFT knowledge: using your understanding of Media Supply Chain and Workflow Technology to manage content and troubleshoot issues at scale,
- Making QC smarter over time: continuously reviewing workflows and processes, proposing improvements that raise the bar on efficiency and quality outcomes,
- Collaborating across teams: partnering with Rights Management & Governance and Segmenting to keep content flowing smoothly across platforms,
- Keeping records that matter: maintaining clear documentation of QC activities, issue tracking, and resolutions so the whole team stays aligned.

We are looking for people who:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the entertainment
industry, with hands-on knowledge of video, audio, and subtitle QC processes and familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, - Have a sharp eye for detail: able to identify and clearly communicate nuanced content issues that others might miss,
- Communicate with confidence: strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to translate technical information clearly for a range of stakeholders,
- Solve problems proactively: approaching issue resolution with initiative and following through until things are properly resolved,
- Thrive under pressure: comfortable balancing multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment,
- Hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience: in a related field, with flexible availability to meet scheduling needs,
- Are proficient in English and Microsoft Office: with strong written and spoken English and a working knowledge of standard Office applications.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of related media operations equipment, or ability to learn,
- Excellent customer service skills; both in communication and follow up,
- Work Experience in Broadcast Media industry,
- Familiarity with Paramount Networks programming,
- Experience working with customers in multiple time zones in a 24-hour environment,
- Knowledge of entertainment media acquisition, production, packaging, delivery and distribution workflows including Rights, Scheduling, Digital Asset Management and Finance Systems.
