The NCEE Analytics team is responsible for brand research reporting outputs and analytics across Paramount linear (mainly) and non-linear platforms in Benelux, GSA and CEE countries. As Research Analyst you will provide stakeholders with regular analytics, reports, and business expertise.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing audience and content performance reports and analyses (across NCEE countries) to help grow the appeal of Paramount’s brands and drive business growth,
  • Supporting scheduling/programming, marketing, LOBs, and other key business areas by providing analysis and delivering reports,
  • Attending and participating in presentations and meetings,
  • Being adaptable to business challenges, with an ability to work efficiently under pressure and to agreed deadlines,
  • Working with the International Analytics team to ensure consistency and best practices.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience in a similar analytical role within broadcaster, agency, or other media owner,
  • Understanding of linear metrics and the wider broadcast/entertainment industry,
  • Working/detailed knowledge of TV data systems,
  • Working knowledge of TechEdge/AdvantEdge
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages,
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills with high attention to detail,
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including communicating findings and ability to explain analytics methodologies,
  • Written and spoken fluency in English,
  • Previous usage of Tableau will be a plus,
  • Passion for working in the media and entertainment industry.
