What do we do:

 

We are at the forefront of reinventing advertising across all formats through innovative business models and the integration of data, predictive analytics, optimization, and advanced data science techniques. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in developing a self-service platform specifically crafted for small and medium-sized businesses.

 

As the Scrum Master, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of scalable and innovative advertising solutions for SMBs. You’ll work multi-functionally with engineering, product, design, data and marketing teams to cultivate Agile best practices and ensure timely, predictable delivery cycles for platform features and improvements that optimize user experience and growth.

 

You will be responsible for: 

 

Delivery Enablement:

  • Ensuring and supporting timely and high-quality roadmap execution and deployments,
  • Driving continuous improvement in sprint execution and delivery velocity,
  • Identifying and help remove blockers and impediments impacting progress,
  • Working closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure user stories are well-groomed and ready for development.

 

Agile Facilitation & Coaching:

  • Championing Agile/Scrum principles and practices across the Product, Engineering, and Data/Attribution teams,
  • Supporting and ensuring that all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives happen,
  • Acting as a servant-leader and coach to support high-performing, self-organizing teams.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Ensuring and supporting the team to meet and deliver sprint goals,
  • Promoting transparency and collaboration through tools like Jira, Confluence, and dashboards,
  • Documenting and fostering effective communications between different teams across different time zones.

 

Process Improvement & Metrics:

  • Tracking and reporting on sprint health, velocity, and critical metrics / burn-down charts to key partners,
  • Identifying and implementing Agile process improvements to boost efficiency and team morale,
  • Ensuring that the team’s practices evolve with changing priorities and business needs.

 

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serving as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating needs and resolving misalignments quickly.

 

We are looking for people who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related),
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a technology-driven organization,
  • Proven track record of supporting product and engineering teams delivering web and mobile applications,
  • Experience working in growth-oriented or customer-centric product environments, ideally in ad tech or SaaS platforms,
  • Strong familiarity with Agile metrics, Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence), and team collaboration frameworks,
  • Superb communication, facilitation, and organizational skills,
  • Passion for enabling SMB success and simplifying access to TV/CTV advertising,
  • Enthusiastic about encouraging an inclusive, agile culture grounded in collaboration and continuous improvement,
  • Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment,
  • Familiarity with ad tech, A/B testing, personalization, or growth engineering is a plus.

 

Nice to have:

  • Certified Scrum Master (PSPM, Kanban University), Nexus or Less, or equivalent Agile certification.
