About the role

Achieve the CP revenues and OI targets through efficient management of CP Franchise Portfolio, Retail & Marketing activities and new business development in CEE. Responsible for establishing a strategy and growing the CP business in line with Global strategies and guidelines while lveraging a strong knowledge of the local markets’ individual needs and opportunities.

 

Main responsibilities of the role

  • Manage and support efficiently the collaboration with Licensing Agency being responsible for the CEE region.
  • Be responsible for Sales and Retail activities. Work closely with Agent/Licensees/Distributors on all stages to ensure we are following our global/local strategy and leveraging all opportunities to drive incremental revenue and brand awareness.
  • Maximize Paramount revenues through the development and management of communication and promotional programs designed to drive sell-in and sell-through.
    • Key Account Planning;
    • Franchise Planning;
    • Sales Tools and Materials.
  • Drive business development through establishing an online presence with leading e-retailers and build a strategy for hard discounters.
  • Develop retail strategy for key CEE markets.
  • Execute new business opportunities (Key accounts, B2B partners, Licensees).
  • Build close relationships to relevant stakeholders (buyers, licensees, internal).
  • Fully manage B2B Marketing (Trade Show, Partners Events etc.).
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor products and activities as well as other relevant information to form CP local sales & marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with the central Franchise team outlining the market priorities and needs & obtaining all the necessary franchise information and materials.
  • Partner with GCD to ensure CP priority shows precented on FTA and collecting up to date broadcasting information.
  • Partner with local channel programming/marketing/SM teams to keep them up to date about key CP priorities and make sure are taken into considerations and integrated into the channels marketing plans/activations.
  • Build and implement long-term local PR plan.
  • Manage marketing/CMF budget on a regular basis and allocate funds wisely, monitor expenditures, prepare summary assessments and reports.

 

Your profile

  • Experience: 5+ years in Consumer Product Licensing
  • Background in retail and marketing, sales, brand/category management
  • Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English.
